The Board

Management Board is executive authority of the Bank, subordinated to General Meeting of the Shareholders and the Board of Supervision. Management Board activity is regulated by the Law, Statute, decisions made by General Meeting of the Shareholders, solutions by the Board of Supervision and Regulations on the Management Board.
The Board performs current activity management and is responsible for effectiveness of the Bank. To the Management Board responsibilities included:

• Providing funds’ generation, necessity to perform banking activity pursuant to the Statute;
• Ensuring bank operations performance, conclusion of interbank and other agreements, accounting, reporting, internal control;
• Making decisions on securities being issued by the Bank, but Bank shares issue.

Chairman and Members of the Board are appointed by the Board of Supervision on agreement with National Bank of Ukraine. Management Board and members of the Board term of appointment equals to 5 years. The Board quarterly reports to the Board of Supervision on performance of business plan and budget and on results of the work per year it reports to General Meeting of Shareholders.
Management Board Meetings are held if necessary but not rare than once per month.
To optimize the work, make collective decisions of complex issued, the Committees of the Board were founded: Committee on Assets and Liabilities Management, Credit Committee, Financial Committee, Technological Committee and others.
