Quality system
The PJSC «Kreditprombank» is the first bank in Ukraine that was granted the international certificate of the bank’s management system compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 standard. The area of certification is named «Provision of banking services» that means that the quality management system is applied to all the types of activities of the PJSC «Kreditprombank» ensuring the quality of management processes, services for clients, technologies, regulatory procedures.
The guiding lines of the international ISO 9001:2008 standard proclaim the orientation at the customer’s interests, leadership, decision-making on the basis of the facts, continual improvements as the elements of corporate culture that is in line with the development strategy of the bank oriented at customers’ needs. The attention is mostly dealt to the issue of meeting the customers’ expectations. The implementation of this standard guarantees the steady high quality of banking services to the bank’s clients at all the sell points. Since 2005 the staff of Kreditprombank annually successfully confirms the compliance with the international standards requirements, shows positive changes implementing the adherence to the traditions of quality in practice.
In world practice the certified system of quality management serves as evidence of manageability and controllability of organizational processes, ability to respond promptly to the changes of the market environment. The system combines the quality management and business management that enables to bring the structure of organization to the centralized model in which all the goals of quality and business are integrated.
The independent certification audit in PJSC «Kreditprombank» has been carried out by the international company on certification «Societe Generale de Surveillance» («SGS») accredited for the performance of works on assessment of compliance of the quality management systems by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service — UKAS.
The certificate of compliance of the bank’s management system with the requirements of the international HU 05/1362 standard is registered in the United Kingdom Register of Quality Assessed Companies and is acknowledged in all the countries of the world – full members of IFA (International Accreditation Forum): countries of G-7 (Germany, UK, France, Italy, USA, Canada, Japan) as well as other countries – EU members.
In the world about 1000 000 enterprises and organizations are certified as for compliance of their management systems with the requirements of the international ISO 9001 standard.
