Public Joint Stock Company "Kreditprombank" - stable universal commercial bank working on the financial market of Ukraine since 1997.

PJSC "Kreditprombank" according to the NBU’s classification enters top 20 of the domestic banks, group of financial institutions having the assets up to UAH 15 BIL. The shareholders of the bank are the companies HOMERTRON TRADING LIMITED (23.5% of charter capital), FINTEST HOLDING LIMITED (28.72%) and KALOUMA HOLDINGS LIMITED (47.78%).

The shareholders of the company KALOUMA HOLDINGS LIMITED are 28 leading international financial institutions, including European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA, ING Belgium SA / NV, UniCredit Bank Austria AG, Pireus Bank SA, Erste Bank Internationale Beteiligung GmbH, Cargill Incorp. and some others.

The Bank holds important positions in the basic segments of the banking market providing services to about 400 thousand of natural persons and 18 thousand of legal entities.

Wide range of standard and innovative banking services are provided to the clients through national networks of sell points including 12 branches, Kiev Regional Department and 170 outlets as at 01.02.2012.

Combining deep knowledge on Ukrainian market with best international practice, Kreditprombank created its own system of process management considering requirements ISO 9001:2000 standard and is the first Ukrainian bank that received international quality certificate.

Kreditprombank performs its activity according to pursuant to the National Bank license №174 dated 07.10.2011 and the general license for currency transactions №174 dated 07.10.2011.

The Bank performs its activities in the securities market on the basis of the Licenses of State Securities and Stock Market Commission series АВ No. 534279 of 20 July, 2010 on performance of activities in securities trading, namely activities on securities management, and series АВ No. 520558 of 8 April, 2010 entitling to perform professional activities in securities market::

Activities on issue and circulation of securities;
Depositary activities of custodian;
Activities on keeping of the own register of the registered securities holders.

Kreditprombank has the following ratings:

Credit rating at level uaBBB on national scale (investment level) was provided by authorized national rating agency “Expert Rating” on December 20, 2010. The Bank with such rating is characterized by sufficient creditworthiness as compared to other Ukrainian banks. The rating was confirmed according to the results of nine months of 2011 with a positive forecast.

Following the recent confirmation, the agency estimates positively the current financial condition and prospects for the development of Kreditprombank noting the renewal of lending activity of the bank, as well as positive dynamics of growth of its resource base.

(Рi)-rating of the bank’s reliance at the level А+ is defined following the results of 2010 by rating agency “Expert-rating”, which identified Kreditprombank as one of the most reliable banks in Ukraine.
