Crediting of group of enterprises with general limits fixing of the credit indebtedness
In order to assist in implementation of your production and strategic plans the PJSC «Kreditprombank» proposes you to receive funds in the framework of the General Credit Agreement with fixing of the general limits of credit indebtedness on the whole group of your enterprises.
A separate agreement is concluded with each enterprise (from the group of the related ones) in which the term, amount, designated purposes, rate for credit are stipulated.
If needed, the list of enterprises which receive credit services in the framework of the General Credit Agreement can be extended that will result in its turn in increase of the total amount of funding.
