The PJSC «Kreditprombank» and LLC «DOBRO - BUD INVEST» continue joint work on housing building programme in the city of Sumy and announce the start of apartments sales in the second 10- storeyed residential house for 118 apartments in the village Sad at 26, Kyivska Str. (former address of the site: 100, Romenska Str.), near to the already built and inhabited first residential house.


The house was put into service on 19 September, 2011.

Rules of the Construction Finance Fund

Financing of construction of this residential house is performed similarly to the construction of the first residential house: at the expense of the type “A” Construction Finance Fund (CFF), the functions of CFF Trustee are performed by the PJSC «Kreditprombank».

Description of subject property:

The site is situated in environmentally friendly district of the city, near to the teachers college, in a place with good road junction, developed infrastructure.

We propose for your attention one- and two-room apartments made in contemporary layout, with a total space from 33 to 63 sq. m. All apartments will be equipped with metal and plastic windows, metal doors, individual heating system with supply of hot water, counters for water, gas and electricity supply; cement and areneceous floor underlayment and walls plastering was made.

Besides, PJSC “Kreditprombank” grants long-term loan with a term in 10 years secured by proprietary rights to acquired constructing real estate for the purchasers of real estate in this house. The minimal amount of funds necessary for such kind of lending makes only 30 % of real estate value.

Aim of lending: For financing of residential construction in houses with built-in parkings and office and shopping premises
Who can receive loans: Citizen of Ukraine, capable and legally capable person older 18 as of moment of granting the mortgage loan. The mortgage loan should be repaid till the person reaches retirement
Term of lending: Up to 10 years (inclusive)
Maximum amount of loan: UAH 207 014,50
Down payment: From 30%
Currency of loan: Hryvnia (UAH)
Fees:
  • Fee for loan/ tranche granting within line of credit – 1% of amount of loan granted (once)
  • Payment for opening of current/ card account in national currency – in accordance with the bank’s tariffs
  • Fee for funds transfer from the customer’s current account – 0,75 % of amount of transaction
