PJSC "Kreditprombank" and construction – investment company LLC «Ecoinvestbud» announce on start of the selling apartments in multistoried section construction of the residential complex «Brest - Litovskiy», located in the ecologically clear zone of Kyiv suburb, round the right bend after sport complex «Chayka».
First residential block of the complex "Brest - Litovskiy" came into the operation at the end of 2009.
Underground parking for 97 slots and utility and household services centre were put into operation in the first quarter of 2011.
Construction description
Residential complex consists of three one type blocks with П-form, including eight sections of different high in 12, 14, 16 floors; social – cultural block, underground parking for 90-100 car places and guest parking. One-, two-, three-room flats are offered for sell. All the apartments are of deluxe category, with separate rooms, commodious halls, with separate rest rooms, loggias or balconies with PVC doors.
All the sections are equipped by ramps providing access to the elevator for handy kept people. Fixing of modern elevators is anticipating. On the ground floors will be located premises for concierge, enterprises providing personal services as well as cafés and offices with separate, isolated from the flats entrances.
To provide work performance on construction of the multistoried section residential complex in the village Chayki of Kievo-Svyatoshynskogo region received permission № 38/04-03/07 dated 16 May, 2007.

- Borrower’s marriage (divorce) certificate copy;

- Original of the certificate of the form №3 on place of registration of under age children if they are the members of the borrower’s family;
- Agreement on participation in FCF.
