Providing loans to individuals on real estate purchasing of on the primary market

 What factors does loan amount depend on?
On solvency of the borrower and his family on maturity term, on real estate market price being transferred to mortgage.

 Does the place of the borrower’s registration influence the loan receiving?
The borrower has to be registered on the territory of Ukraine and be the citizen of Ukraine.

 What maximum maturity term on real estate purchasing on the primary market?
Up to 33 years including — purchasing residentional estate.

 What insurance polices are obligatorily to receive such loan?
Concluding insurance agreement with the borrower before the object was put into operation is a must. Pursuant to this agreement the investment object is provided by insurance from the risks connected with financing of the construction object and /or investment for the amount not less the cost stipulated in the mortgage agreement. After construction object was put into operation – insurance police for property is necessary from accidental damage or destroy. Personal insurance of the borrower is performed in compliance with decision made by Credit – Investment Committee of the Bank.

 Is early repayment possible?
Yes, it’s possible but if such repayment is performed in the first year of using the loan and the borrower pays fees, stipulated in the loan agreement.

 Are non official income taken into consideration on calculating payments?
Non official incomes are taken into consideration subject to they are confirmed indirectly.

 Is guarantor necessary to receive the loan?
It is not necessary subject to the borrower in full range could perform all obligations on the loan.

 Is it possible to receive the loan for residential conditions improvement for 1 year term?
Minimum maturity term to receive the loan for residential conditions improvement equals to 5 years.

 Is it possible to receive the loan to purchase two apartments?
It is possible, subject to good solvency of the borrower and guarantor.
