- To provide the passport;
- To inform the required data to operator;
- To pay for the transfer service and for additional services (in case of order) or receive transfer funds (for this you have to know the number of transfer);
- To inform the receiver the control number from 10 numbers, provided to you by the operator after the transfer was performed.

Rules to perform money transfer:
Physical entities — residents could perform money transfer in foreign currency abroad Ukraine:
- On amount that in the equivalent not more than 15 000 Hryvnia in one operation (working) day without document to confirm;
- For the amount that in equivalent is more than 15 000 Hryvnia in one operation day on the basis of the confirming documents and current account opening.

Necessary documents to perform money transfer:
For residents:
- Passport of Ukrainian citizen or another id document which substitutes.
For non-residents:
- Passport.
- Documents that confirm the sources of the money funds.
