Documents to purchase cheques
Documents required for the purchase of checks
For residents:
- Passport of the citizen of Ukraine or the document substituting it;
- Passport of the citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad;
- In case if the client purchases checks in amount exceeding equivalent in 50000 Hryvnias, the document issued by the body of the state tax service certifying the assignment of the identification tax payer number is required as well.
For non residents:
- Passport document;
- Document showing the origin of funds.
Documents required for payment of checks
For residents:
- Passport of the citizen of Ukraine or the document substituting it;
- Passport of the citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad;
- In case if the client purchases checks in amount exceeding equivalent in 50000 Hryvnias, the document issued by the body of the state tax service certifying the assignment of the identification tax payer number is required as well.
For non residents:
- Passport document;
- In case of payment of checks that were brought from abroad in amount exceeding the equivalent in 10000 Euros the customs declaration stating the full amount of checks presented for payment is required as well.
