Documents required to obtain loan:
For the borrowers/property surety providers/ financial guarantors of individuals or individuals – entrepreneurs:
- Passport of the citizen of Ukraine of the wife/ husband;
- Certificate on marriage registration;
- Certificate on identification code record of the wife/ husband;
- Certificate on state registration of the performer of entrepreneurial activities - individual;
- Certificate of the tax payer;
- Declaration (form 1) for the last three reporting quarters (for the payers of the fixed tax and general taxation system);
- Report of the performer of entrepreneurial activities – individual – payer of the single tax for the last three reporting quarters (for the payers of the single tax);
- Patents, licenses, permits in case, if such documents are required to perform the borrower’s activities;
- Certificate from the servicing bank with the information on: availability of current accounts; turnovers on these accounts for the last 6 (six) months with breakdown by months (if available);
- Certificate on existence (absence) of indebtedness by credit operations of the bank where the customer is served (if available);
- Entitlement documents on property proposed as security.
When considering the application for granting of loan the additional documents can be demanded.
For the borrowers/ property surety providers/ financial guarantors of legal entities:
1. Constituent and registration documents:
- Certificate on state registration of legal entity;
- Certificate on record of the legal entity in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine;
- Effective abstract from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine;
- Documents confirming the registration of the legal entity at the bodies of the State Tax Service;
- Register (abstract from register) of the shareholders (for the joint stock companies);
- The charter of the legal entity with amendments and changes;
- Certificate of the borrower/ guarantor/ property surety provider (signed by the head and sealed) about all the changes and amendments to the constituent documents and changes in the management membership;
- Patents, licenses, permits in case, if such documents are required to perform the borrower’s activities.
2. Documents confirming the powers to obtain the loan and perform all the necessary for it actions:
- Decision of the authorized management body of legal entity on obtaining of loan / or transfer of property as security;
- Copies of the orders (decisions of the authorized management bodies) on assignment of officials entitled to sign the agreements, commercial and financial documents, copies of their passports and certificates on record of identification code.
3. Financial documents:
- Balance sheet (forms № 1, 1- м), financial statement (forms № 2, 2- м) for the last three quarters;
- Report on financial result, accounts receivables and payables (form № 1-Б) as of the last reporting date;
- Declaration on payment of profit tax as of the last reporting date;
- Calculation of payment of the single tax by the subject of small entrepreneurship – legal entity as of the last reporting date;
- Declaration on VAT tax as of the last reporting quarter date.
4. Certificates from the borrower servicing banks:
- On existence (absence) of indebtedness on loans, including overdue one, on provided guarantees, etc. (issued not earlier than 10 days prior to submission to the bank). The borrower provides the copies of the effective loan agreements, surety agreements, mortgage agreements, guarantees and other as of date of submission of the application on loan receiving (if available);
- On proceeds on current accounts (in national and foreign currencies) opened to the borrower for the last 6 (six) months with breakdown by months.
5. Documents on security:
- Entitlement documents on property proposed as security.
