Documents to obtain loan:
For legal entities:
- Application to obtain overdraft;
- Customer’s Questionnaire;
- Constituent and registration documents:
- Copy of certificate on state registration of legal entity at the executive authorities, other body authorized to perform state registration, notarized or certified by the body issuing the certificate on state registration or the authorized bank’s employee;
- Copy of the duly certified constituent document (Charter / Articles of Incorporation / Constituent Act / Regulation) with all amendments and changes registered by the body that performed the registration or notarized or certified by the authorized bank’s employee;
- Copy of extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individuals – Entrepreneurs (notarized or certified by the state registrar who issued the extract or signed by the authorized bank’s employee);
- Copy of certificate on record of legal entity in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine, notarized, certified by the body issuing the certificate or by the authorized bank’s employee;
- Copy of document confirming the registration of the legal entity at the body of State Tax Service certified by the body issuing the document or notarized;
- Register (extract from register) of the shareholders (for joint stock companies);
- Copy of the card with samples of signatures and stamp. The card contains the samples of signatures of the persons who in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine or statutory documents of the legal entity are authorized to dispose the account and sign the settlement documents;
- Certificate on absence of amendments in the entitlement documents for the period since the date of their first address to the bank for opening of current account (in case if the account for the customer was opened earlier);
- Documents (Minutes of decision of the top management body) that confirm the legitimacy of decision to obtain overdraft (if it is provided for in the constituent documents) and powers of persons on signing with the bank of the appropriate agreements (orders, decisions of the authorized management body on assignment of officials who have the right to sign agreements, commercial and financial documents), copies of their passports and certificates on record of identification numbers;
- Copies of licenses, if their activities require licensing in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
4. Financial and reporting documents:
- Balance sheet (form №1), profit and loss account (form №2) for the last 3 reporting periods;
- Statements of another banks on receipts on current accounts certified by the signature and seal (stamp) of these banks for the last 12 calendar months;
- Statement (s) from another banks on turnovers on account(s) for the last 3 months providing information on payments details of receipts to current account and names of the customer’s counteragents;
- Customer’s information (certified by the customer’s signature and stamp) on total receipts on current accounts for the last 12 calendar months (by months);
- Detailed description of certain balance sheet items:
- fixed assets as of the last reporting date;
- stock in trade (as represented in the turnover balance sheet for the last quarter);
- finished products (as represented in the turnover balance sheet for the last quarter);
- production stock (as represented in the turnover balance sheet for the last quarter);
- accounts receivable as of the last reporting date (with reference to date of appearance and date of repayment);
- accounts payable as of the last reporting date (with reference to date of appearance and date of repayment);
- Certificate on receiving of loans and situation with indebtedness providing copies of effective loan agreements as of the date of application for overdraft submission.
5. Documents on proposed security:
- Copies of entitlement documents confirming the proprietary right of pledger/ mortgagor to proposed as pledge/ mortgage property;
- Decision of the owner or authorized body for pledging/ hypothecation;
- Statement of all co-owners of property that is the subject of their collective ownership regarding their agreeing for signing of pledge /mortgage agreement the subject of pledge/ mortgage on which the property in their collective ownership is.
6. Other documents on bank’s request.
For individuals - entrepreneurs:
- Application for overdraft;
- Customer’s Questionnaire;
- Constituent and registration documents:
- Copy of certificate on state registration of individual-entrepreneur, notarized or certified by the body issuing the certificate on state registration or the authorized bank’s employee;
- Copy of the customer’s passport and identification code (of the customer’s wife / husband), certified by the customer (his/her wife/husband) and by the authorized bank’s employee;
- Copy of extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individuals – Entrepreneurs, notarized or certified by the state registrar who issued the extract or signed by the authorized bank’s employee (if available);
- Copy of document confirming the record of individual – entrepreneur at the bodies of State Tax Service (4- ОПП), certified by the body issuing the document or notarized or certified by the signature of the authorized bank’s employee;
- Copy of document confirming the registration of the individual – entrepreneur at the appropriate body of the Pension Fund of Ukraine certified by the body issuing the document or notarized or certified by the signature of the authorized bank’s employee;
- Copy of certificate on payment of single tax or patent, certified by the body issuing it, notarized or certified by the authorized bank’s employee (if available);
- Copies of licenses, patents, permits for entrepreneurship running, certified by the body issuing it or notarized or certified by the signature of the authorized bank’s employee;
- Copy of the card with samples of signatures and stamp. The card contains the samples of signatures of the persons who in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine are entitled to dispose account and sign settlement documents;
- Copy of entitlement documents that certify the customer’s proprietary right for personal property (real estate, means of transportation, equipment);
- Written consent of the borrower’s wife / husband for obtaining of loan in the PJSC «Kreditprombank» and provision of information about him/her and loan in the Credit History Bureau.
4. Financial and reporting documents:
- Tax declaration or report of the subject of small entrepreneurship – individual – entrepreneur – single tax payer for the last three reporting dates with a mark of the tax inspection;
- Certificate from the bank containing information on: opened current accounts; turnovers on accounts for the last 12 months with breakdown by months; absence of attachment on current account;
- Statement from the bank on turnovers on account(s) for the last 3 months providing information on payment details of receipts to current account and name of the customer’s counteragent;
- Certificate on existence (absence) of indebtedness on loan operations in another banks (if available);
- If there exists some indebtedness on credit operations in another banks, the borrower provides the copies of loan agreements, security agreements and statement from bank on existence (absence) of overdue accounts payable;
- Copies of lease agreements, agreements on sale of products, services provision, performance of works in volumes and in terms securing the repayment of credit operation and interest payment.
5. Documents on proposed security:
- Copies of entitlement documents confirming the proprietary right of pledger/ mortgagor to proposed as pledge/ mortgage property;
