1 - fee is set forth with consideration that cards are issued for one year. In case of issuing of cards for longer period, the fee in multiplied by respective number of years. Exception is settlement-cash servicing related to issuing of each card reissued on initiative of a Holder;
2 - fee is charged when the card is in the stop list for each region and for factual term of putting the card in the stop list
3 - in the table the cost of putting the card in the stop list is mentioned per one region for one month. If it is necessary to put the card in the stop list and for longer period, the is multiplied by necessary number of regions and months.
Issue of cards of international payment systems is made for Ukrainian residents. Fee is paid in UAH;
Pursuant to Cl.3.2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Value Added Tax” and List of generic transactions on settlement/cash servicing made by Ukrainian banks is not subject to VAT.
