Dynamic processes in relation to the integration of Ukraine in the international production, monetary and commercial relations require permanent attraction and build-up of financial flows directed to the turnover of the national enterprises, organisations and associations engaged in the aforementioned vectors of co-operation.

Co-operation with international financial organisations and foreign commercial and financial institutions (being the potential sources of mid-term and long-term finance) by using the up-to-date instruments offered at the international capital market is considered a high priority.
