This loan is a standard product. During the whole loan period a client pays a part of principal debt plus standard variable rate on a monthly basis (at present SVR is 13,49% per annum but can be reviewed depending on retail deposit rate). Maximum loan to value ratio is 90% and respectively, minimal deposit is 10%. It is also possible to receive a loan with 0% deposit if additional security is available. This product allows you to obtain additional loan (cash back) against the same property pledge after two years of loan use if market value of property has increased. Cashback is provided in amount of up to 90% of revaluation of the property and can be used for property improvement as well as for other consuming purposes. This product does not include early repayment penalty and therefore is suitable for clients who plan to repay their mortgages before the agreed date. Mortgage is granted for the term up to 25 years. This product has a stepped discounted rate that increases during 5 years and thus, allows you to pay lower interest in first years of loan use. In this connection during first 5 years a client will have to pay early repayment penalty if he/she decides to repay mortgage before the agreed date. Penalty reduces each year together with increase of interest rate. Maximum loan to value ratio is 90% and respectively, minimal deposit is 10%. It is also possible to receive a loan with 0% deposit if additional security is available. This product allows to obtain additional loan (cash back) against the same property pledge after two years of loan use if market value of property has increased.
