OJSC “Kreditprombank” continues range of regional projects on organization and functioning Construction Financing Funds (CFF) of the dwelling objects, which are located in the bank’s enterprises. Active banking products on asset management of the clients’ funds it is anticipated the division of the responsibilities of the CFF manager, performed on behalf of the bank by its central office and branch, in particular:
Central office of the bank: develops internal normative basis (including the agreement one), which determines the mutual relations between constructor, manager and CFF trusters on financing and dwelling construction; concluding with the constructor package of agreements on CFF organization, making accounting of the transactions of trusters management of the construction financing, performing control of the fulfillment by the parties (including the branch) their responsibilities in according to completed agreements;
Branch of the bank: completes agreements with the trusters on participation in CFF, accepts and controls target funds earnings according to investment schedule from the trusters, issues the certificates on participation in CFF to the trusters of the fund, controls target using of the funds in constructing dwelling estate, following the construction schedule and putting into operation of the construction object by the constructor, also authorizing the constitutive documents and assigning to the trusters investment objects.
Combination of the centralized registration by the central office the trusters’ funds and completing the package of the agreements wit the constructors of all CFF with the service of trusters on the location of investment objects by the branches, allows from the one hand, to increase the safety of the deposits of the trusters of the funds and provide the quality of the service to all the trustees CFF constructors, non depending on their location and from the other hand to create comfortable conditions to serve trusters of the funds.
