Standard credit conditions for real estate purchasing

INVEST MONEY IN YOUR OWN RESIDENCE RATHER THAN IN SOMEONE'S ELSE

Monthly payments under a residence loan are frequently comparable with the rent of a similar residence. However, there is a substantial difference: if you rent a flat, you will never become the owner of such flat. Meanwhile, when you repay a residence loan, you are the owner of such flat, and the principal amount owed by you to the Bank is getting smaller gradually until the repayment of the loan in full.

  • You do not need to pledge any property, since the purchased home-room shall be pledged in such case.
  • A loan shall be redeemed in monthly instalments.
  • Redeeming a pledge, every month you will pay less since the principal amount is getting smaller hence less interest is accrued.
  • A house-room bought on tick shall be insured against a damage, e.g. against a fire.

WHY KREDITPROMBANK?

  • You may receive a loan for a period of up to twenty five years in Kreditprombank.
  • A loan shall be executed within five days upon making an application to Kreditprombank.
  • You may redeem a loan in advance and thus reduce the expenses on payment of interest.
  • You may pay for residence insurance also on account of money borrowed from Kreditprombank.
  • A minimum document package is required in order to receive a loan in Kreditprombank.

   Additional expenses on arranging the loan** :
1. Insurance service:

  • life insurance - from 0,28 - 2,0% of the loan’s amount according to the decision Credit Investment Committee of the bank and/or Credit Committee of the branch.
2. Notary service:
  • Finalizing of Buy-Sell Agreement – according to tariffs of certain Notary in the region;
  • Finalizing of Mortgage Agreement - according to tariffs of certain Notary in the region;
  • Other services.
3. State taxis:
  • Pledged property to the bank - 0,1% of the pledged collateral;
  • While buy and sell – Contribution to the Pension Fund - 1% of the real estate cost on the Buy – Sell Agreement.
