On December 29, 2006 Kreditprombank has successfully finalized allocation of own fifth issue shares. In the course of initial placement, started on December 14, the shareholders acquired 100% (20 100 000 pieces) of ordinary registered shares of the bank in documentary form with the nominal value of UAH 10. All acquired shares are fully paid by the shareholders.
Results of fifth issue shares allocation are planned to be approved on January 26, 2007 on the General Meeting of the shareholders of Kreditprombank. Thus, after registration of changes of the Statute of Kreditprombank bank’s statutory capital will amount to UAH 650 million.
