Client support group for payment cards management started its work in Kreditprombank. Purpose of its creation is provision of prompt and qualified help to payment card holders of Kreditprombank. The group is working from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. in working hours, and 24-hours a day – on day offs and holidays.
Employees of the bank will provide information on demand of clients about balance of monetary funds on card accounts, operations with payment cards, increase daily limits, block card in case of its stealing or loss. Besides, client may receive addresses of ATMs of Kreditprombank or ATMs of “ATMosphere” network, information about tariffs on payment cards, any consultation on use of “plastic”.
