Group “Grain Trading Company Allseeds Ukraine” (Kiev) chose Kreditprombank and «Standart Bank» (Great Britain) as arrangers of syndicated loan for 100 million dollars. Tem of loan is three years with the possibility of extension to five years. Fixed assets and trade reserves of the company may be considered as pledge. Funs of loan are planned to be directed on financing of investment programme and replenishment of working assets of the group. Particularly, the company is going to invest 25-30 million dollars into reconstruction of Oil-Extracting Plant “Extrol” in Nikolaev.
