After successful completion of acquiring certification and tests by payment systems Visa Int. and MasterCard Kreditprombank together with CJSC “Ukrainian Processing Centre” transferred ATM’s to servicing of chip cards Visa/MasterCard. Issue and acquiring of these chip cards were defined as priority tasks in bank development strategy for the year 2006 as they meet the latest requirements to servicing and, which is the most important, significantly increase safety of financial operations.
Kreditprombank was the first bank in Ukraine which activated its ATMs for servicing both magnetic stripe card and payment chip cards.
