Kreditprombank renewed license for performance of professional activity on securities market, allowing the bank to perform activity on issue and turnover of securities, depositary activity of securities custodian, keeping of own register of shareholders of the bank (series AB АВ №115216 as at 11.05.2006, Decision of State Securities and Stock Market Committee №483 dated 11.05.2006). Validity term of license is to May 11, 2011.
According to this Decision of SSSMC, Donbass and Kharkov branches of Kreditprombank were allowed to perform activity on securities issue and turnover.
