Last year Kreditprombank became the first Ukrainian bank received international certificate, approving correspondence to the bank’s management systems to ISO 9001:2000 international standard requirements.
International campaign on «Societe Generale de Surveillance» («SGS») certification performed supervisory audit and approved certification on August 23. Implementation of this standard guarantees stable quality of services for all clients. In the world practice, this is evidence of reliability of the bank, its orientation on leadership, capability of prompt reaction on market situation.
