The National Bank of Ukraine has registered the Statute of OJSC “Kreditprombank” in new edition in connection with increase of authorized capital to UAH 201 million. Registered authorized capital of OJSC “Kreditprombank” amounted to UAH 650 million.
Decision on share issue was made on the General Meetings of the Shareholders of the bank on November 17, 2006.
Realization of shares was performed at nominal value of UAH 10 per share. During placing of shares shareholders purchased 20 million 100 thousand shares that is equal to 100% of the planned volume of additional issue, for USD 39,8 milion.
