State Committee of Securities and Stock Market (GKTsBFR) has registered information on the fourth share issue of OJSC “Kreditprombank” on January 27 of the current year. The decision to increase statutory capital by UAH 100 million was taken month ago at the General Meeting of Shareholders. It is expected to issue 10 million ordinary registered shares in documentary form with nominal value of UAH 10 each. Subscription for shares will be in two stages: current shareholders of the bank may subscribe from Match 6 to March 20, others may subscribe from March 21 to March 24.
Statutory capital of OJSC “Kreditprombank” will amount to UAH 349 million after complete placing of the fourth share issue.
