Issue of the cards of international payment systems is performed for the residence of Ukraine. Fee payment is performed in UAH:
1 - If CA is opened in foreign currency, fee amount is calculated in UAH on the bank’s rate at the day of write off;
* Pursuant Cl.3.2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Value Added Tax» and the List of generic transactions on settlement/cash serving, performed by the banks of Ukraine, is not subject to VAT.
