Sustainable increase in depositors’ trust in Kreditprombank

Since the beginning of the year the natural persons deposit portfolio has increased by 97 million UAH and amounted to more than 2,5 billion UAH. During January and February, 2010 more than 37 thousand of term deposits in amount of almost 1,4 billion in Hryvnia equivalent were opened at the Bank.

In addition, the vast majority of clients on expiry of period of their deposits duration decide to continue cooperation with bank on new beneficial terms. In January and February more than 86% of amounts of deposits were reopened for a new term. The index of deposits reopening has increased comparing with 2009 when the average index made up 72%.

According to information of Anzhela Aristarkhova, director of Department on Retail Business Development clients take interest in reopening of deposits because it gives them opportunity to take part in loyalty programme implemented in Bank on regular basis. When opening deposits the Bank's depositors gain bonus up to +0,7 % to the standard interest rate and the recipients of pensions and monetary allowances up to +1,0 %. The holders of the bank's tariff packages and clients who ordered the opening of deposit at the Bank's web-site can take part in the loyalty programme as well.

The increased index of deposits reopening for new term and of deposit portfolio amount as a whole is incontestable evidence of high level of clients' trust in Kreditprombank.
