Having opened an account with the clearinghouse of Kreditprombank, you make the payments under bills issued by you to the noteholders substantially easier. In compliance with the law, presentation of a bill at a clearinghouse is equal to the presentation of a bill for payment.

• The Bank accepts bills from noteholders in order to present them for payment and notifies a payer of bill on the presentation of such bill for payment.
• The Bank shall notify the payee of bill on the payment or on a rejection of payment of such bill.
• The Bank shall certify the presentation of a bill for payment with a due endorsement.
