On August 31 the National Bank of Ukraine and Pechersk Regional State Administration in Kiev performed state registration of the Statute of Open Joint Stock Company in new edition, approved by decision of extraordinary general meetings of bank’s shareholders. Hence, new edition of the Statute came into force since that date according to the legislation. This edition recorded new amount of authorized capital of Kreditprombank – UAH 449 million.
