World well known international certification company «Societe Generale de Surveillance» («SGS») held annual compliance audit in Kreditprombank, as a result of which was confirmation of the correspondence of the bank management quality system to the international standard ISO 9001:2000.

On the summary meeting the top auditor distinguished the contemporary level of the organization and management, active Kreditprombank branch network extension, positive dynamic of the financial statements, and also active implementation of the client orientation principle, increasing attention to the processes of corporate culture forming and professional training of employees.

Note: Kreditprombank – is the first bank in Ukraine which was certified in July 2005 with an international certificate of correspondence of the bank management quality system to the international standard ISO 9001:2000.

The certificate is authorized in the United Kingdom Register of Quality Assessed Companies, accepted in all the countries of the world – full fledged number IFA (International Accreditation Forum): Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, USA, Canada and Japan.
