Kreditprombank intends to increase its authorized capital by 29% (by UAH 300 million) - up to UAH 1.35 billion through additional issue of shares. Issue on increase of the authorized capital will be submitted for consideration to the General meeting of Shareholders.

Plans of the bank include additional issue and closed placement of ordinary registered shares with UAH 10 denomination in the period from 12 June till 12 July 2008.
