Kreditprombank has signed Mandate with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for raising of syndicated loan for amount of 30 million dollars with the term up to three years.
Consistently developing cooperation, Kreditprombank and EBRD started realization of a new for Ukraine project – raising of syndicated loan with the structure A+B.
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is arranger and the main lender, as reported Vice-president of Kreditprombank, Vasiliy Perepelitsa. Loan amount is distributed on two trashes: A-loan – 10 million dollars on account of EBRD funds and B-loan – 20 million dollars on account of funds, raised from other participants of syndicate. Maturity of the first loan – three years, of the second loan – 18 months) then it may be renewed for the next 18 months according to definite terms).
Disbursed funds will be directed on the development of programmes of Kreditprombank on long-term financing of small and medium enterprises of Ukraine.
