Kreditprombank was one of the first banks in Ukraine, which received long-term financing from the State Mortgage Institution for realization of social programme of individuals lending for purchase of real estate. Interest rate for use of loan, which is issued only in national currency, is 14% per year. Minimal term of lending is 5 years, maximal – 30. Loan amount is defined by the place of residence of the borrower. In Kiev, for example, it may be UAH 450 thousand and, let’s say, in regional centers – minimum UAH 150 thousand.
