Target use of loan:
  • For purchase of land.
  • For construction of private house.
  • For reconstruction of private house.

TERM OF LENDING[

  • Up to 33 years inclusive - for purchase of land, construction of private house, its refurbishment.
  • 6 first months of loan usage - deferral of principle repayment.

LOAN AMOUNT[

  • up to 75% of collateral value if lending for up to 15 years;
  • up to 70% of collateral value if lending for up to 33 years.

    Type of loan disbursement - to personal account of a client in Kreditprombank (tariffs on transactions on personal accounts)
Early repayment without penalties and additional fees.

   Additional costs** :
1. Insurance services:
  • Land insurance – 0,11-0,25% of collateral value of the plot of land;
  • Private house insurance – 0,25-0,3% of its collateral value (when private house is pledged);
  • Against accident - 0,3-0,55% of loan amount if loan amount is not less than USD150 000 (inclusive);
  • Life - from 0,28-2,0% of loan amount by decision of Credit-Investment Committee of the bank and/or Credit committee of the branch.
2. Notary services:
  • Buy-sell agreement execution – pursuant to the tariffs of certain notary in the region;
  • Mortgage agreement execution - pursuant to the tariffs of certain notary in the region;
  • Other services.
3. State duties:
  • When property is pledged to the bank - 0,1% of collateral value;
  • Pension fund contribution - 1% of property value under buy-sell agreement.
