Issue of the cards of international payment systems is performed for the residence of Ukraine. Fee payment is performed in UAH.
2 - American Express company is emitted in the set with the main card:
1 additional Platinum Card for Holder;
1 additional Platinum Card for Holder for authorized person;
4 additional Gold Card or Green Card for authorized persons;
For all following additional PC - 200,00 USD.
3 - American Express company is emitted in the set with the main card:
1 additional PC Centurion Card for the Holder;
1 additional PC Centurion Card for the authorized;
4 additional PC Platinum Card, Gold Card or Green Card for authorized persons;
For all the following additional PC - 500,00 USD.
4 – if the card account is opened in the foreign currency, fee is calculated on the bank’s rate at the day of write-off;
* pursuant Cl.3.2 of the Law of Ukraine “ On the value Added Tax” and the List of generic transactions on settlement/cash serving, performed by the banks of Ukraine, is not subject to VAT.
