Issue of the cards of international payment systems is performed for the residence of Ukraine. Fee payment is performed in UAH.
1 – fee is set forth with consideration that cards are issued for the term till two years. Chip cards are issued till two years, cards with magnet stripe – till one or two years. While issue the card with magnet stripe on the initiative of the Holder for its validity term – SCS, mentioned in tariff, decreases in two times.
2 – If CA is opened in foreign currency, fee amount is calculated in UAH on the bank’s rate at the day of write off.
3 – fee is charged when the card is in the stop-list for every region and factual term for 1 month. The cost of putting the card into the stop-list is mentioned in the table. The cost of putting the card into the stop-list for one month is mentioned in the table. If it is necessary to put the card in more regions and for the longer term, the fee is multiplied by the number of necessary regions and months.
4 – fee is charged for each change of the fuel application for each PC. The maximum size of the fuel application is set up for PC Visa Electron Petrol Plus - 100 litters per month, for PC Visa Classic Petrol Plus, Visa Gold Petrol Plus – up to 500 litters per month. Without estimation of the payment ability of PC Holder under the condition of provision of the certificate of vehicle registration, Visa Electron Petrol Plus PC can be issued with fuel application for 100 litters per month.
