    1. Can I use the card issued by Kreditprombank abroad?

    Yes, all cards issued by the bank are international. Regardless of the currency in which the card account is opened you can pay with your card abroad and withdraw cash in the currency of respective country.

    2. I have Visa card issued by Kreditprombank. I pay with it in other country in the currency of that country. At which rate the local currency will be converted in the currency of my card account?

    Conversion of local currency into the currency of inter-bank settlements (Euro for European zone, USD for other countries, UAH for Ukraine) will be made at the rate set by payment systems at the date of this financial transaction processing in the payment system. In the case if the currency of card account differs from the currency of inter-bank settlements, Kreditprombank will make a conversion of the transaction amount into the currency of account at the rate set in Kreditprombank for transactions with payment cards at the current day.

    3. What to do if I found in account statement the transactions I had never done?

    Contact immediately the nearest outlet of Kreditprombank or call 044 490-72-24 and block the card. Then inform the bank on the matter in writing and give the details of transaction to make investigation and return your money debited from your account without authorization.

    4. What differs transfers on cards from banking, Western Union, postal and other money transfers?

    Payment cards can perform the function of banking transfer in the case if you issued an additional card for your proxy who gets an access to your card account. At the same time cards provide much wider opportunities than a banking transfer service. Using payment cards you can not only get cash but also pay for goods and services, book hotels and rent cars, use discount systems offered by international payment systems and additional services offered by issuing bank.

    If you lost the card (or it was stolen) inform Kreditprombank immediately by 24 hours telephone 044 4907224 and block the card.

    6. What to do if someone has paid for purchases in the Internet with my card?

    In such case you need to fill the claim form. This can be done in any outlet of Kreditprombank. Investigation will be made upon the fact of unauthorized debit. If the fact of illegal use of your card will be confirmed money will be returned to your account.

    Term of claim consideration is 45 calendar days. As the number of your card became known to the third parties who can use the card in the future in the similar way, the card should be reissued.

    7. How to issue payment card in Kreditprombank?

    Payment card can be issued in any of our outlets. Moreover, you can apply to the bank to issue a card via web-site of the bank www.kreditprombank.com. The card will be ready in 3-5 days after the filling of application. You can also issue a card Visa Electron Instant Issue, in such case the time of processing will be 15-20 min i.e., you will get your card during the first contact with the bank.

    8. Can the money be transferred to the account to which the payment card is issued?

    Certainly, card account can be credited with transfers from the accounts opened in Kreditprombank as well as from the accounts opened in other banks. Card account works as a current account and all transactions on it are made in ordinary way.

    9. I hold a payment card of other bank. Which transactions can be made via ATMs of Kreditprombank?

    ATMs of Kreditprombank provide services of cash withdrawal, sale of vouchers of mobile operators UMC, Kievstar and Jeans. On cards of payment system Visa account balance can be also seen.

    10. Which transactions can be made via ATM of Kreditprombank on the card of Kreditprombank?

    If you have a card of Kreditprombank, in the ATM network of the bank you can withdraw cash, get account balance and mini-statement, buy vouchers of mobile operators UMC, Kievstar and Jeans. Moreover, having signed additional agreement to your contract you can make regular bills payments via ATM or loan repayments in Kreditprombank or any other Ukrainian bank.

    11. Can I get information on card transactions by e-mail?

    Information on transactions on your card and account balance can be obtained via “Internet-Kreditprombank”. The bank guarantees confidentiality of information. To get access to information on account in the Internet you get password which is known only by yourself and which you can amend.

    12. Can I find out the balance of my account without visiting the branch, for instance, by telephone?

    In order to find out the card account balance you do not need to go to the bank. You can get the information by telephone 044 4907224, or as a SMS message to your mobile telephone. You can also get the balance of card account in Kreditprom ATM network and using “Internet-Kreditprombank” service.

    13. Can a Visa Instant Issue card be issued in Kreditprombank?

    Yes, Visa Instant Issue card can be issued in any outlet of the bank in 15-20 min. To process such a card you have to submit your passport and identity code certificate.

    14. Can I issue payment cards for members of my family?

    You can issue additional payment cards for members of your family and other persons you trust to manage funds on your card account.

    15. To which accounts I can link my card, how to do it and why is it convenient?

    Kreditprombank provides the opportunity to link your card to two accounts in different currencies which gives additional benefits in traveling abroad. For example, if your card is linked to an account in UAH and an account in EURO, you will avoid conversion paying with your card in European countries. However, when you exhaust or account in EURO, you will still be able to use your card. Now payments will be made from card account in UAH.

    16. Can two cards be linked to one account?

    Yes, several payment cards can be linked to one account. Moreover, Kreditprombank gives the opportunity to issue a set of cards of different payment systems when the account is being opened. This additional advantage can be used in the case if one of the cards will be spoiled for any reasons (demagnetized, damaged) or even stolen. Without any problems you can continue to use funds from your account with the second cards.

    17. Can a credit limit be set on a card?

    If you have a salary card in Kreditprombank you can set a credit limit (loan) on card account without provision of any security. Size of credit limit that can be provided by the bank is equal to 10 average monthly salaries.

    You can also set a credit limit if you have a deposit in the bank. In such case the size of credit limit will amount to up to 90% of deposit amount.

    18. How to find out how much money I owe under credit limit and what interest is accrued for its usage?

    You can get the information on credit limit (amount of debt, interest accrued, maturity) in different ways.

    On a monthly basis you will get a statement with information on your credit limit. Via Internet banking you can see the statement at any time convenient for you. Also information on the size of credit line utilized and interest accrued can be obtained by telephone in the outlet of Kreditprombank that services you. And of course you can personally contact out let of the bank for such information.

    19. Which category of card can be obtained as a credit card?

    As a credit card you can choose any of the following payment cards: Instant Issue, Visa Electron, Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Maestro, MasterCard Mass, MasterCard Gold. On any of these cards a credit limit can be set and you can use not only your money but also that funds the bank will provide you.

    20. Can I use a credit card (withdraw money or pay in shops) being abroad?

    Of course you can. The Bank issues credit cards of international payment systems Visa and MasterCard. These cards have standard servicing terms which guarantee the possibility to withdraw cash or pay for goods in almost any country of the world.

    21. Is it possible to withdraw one currency, e.g. Ukrainian hryvna from credit card opened in other currency?

    Yes, it is. From any payment cards of Kreditprombank, regardless the currency of card account, cash can e withdrawn and payments can be made in any country of the world in local currency everywhere where Visa or MasterCard IPS logos are indicated.

    22. Is it possible to open credit card in several currencies?

    Yes, in Kreditprombank you can open payment cards with accounts in the following currencies: UAH, USD, EURO. One or two accounts at the same time can be linked to a card. Having two card accounts linked to one card you can optimize your costs and save on conversion.

    23. Are there any limits on the size of credit limit?

    Yes, there are limits on the size of credit line. They are defined by banking product within which you process credit limit. Thus, on salary cards maximum size of credit limit is equal to your 5 average monthly salaries. For the owners of deposit accounts - 70% of the size of deposit.     24. How soon can I get a card?

    Visa Instant Issue card can be issued within 15 minutes. Limit setting on the card Visa Instant Issue is done within 3 hours. Payment cards of higher class are produced within 3-5 days after decision making on setting of credit limit. You choose the most convenient outlet of the bank and receive a card there.

    25. Where can I get a credit card?

    You can come to the nearest outlet of Kreditprombank and submit documents to process credit card.

    26. How many loans can I get during a year?

    Subject to positive decision of the bank you get a credit card and use a loan unlimited number of times without additional document processing. You are entitled to use a loan within the credit limit amount set.

    27. Can I repay a loan not in full but partially?

    Yes. On some products of Kreditprombank a monthly partial repayment is provided. You will not have to repay the whole amount of the loan disbursed. Necessary condition is to repay minimal amount that consists of two parts. First part is a part of credit line defined by the agreement mandatory for repayment. Second part is an interest on amount of loan utilized.

    28. Where can I find out which additional amount I can borrow?

    You can get this information using the service “Internet-Kreditprombank” via telephone 044 4907224 or in any outlet of Kreditprombank, requesting a statement on your credit card or via ATMs requesting account balance.

    27. I need cash. How can I use the loan?

    Credit card is especially convenient because you can use loan funds both in cash and non-cash form. You can receive a loan on card at any time and in any place convenient for you without contacting bank and without another document processing. To get cash you can use ATM network of Kreditprombank or any other bank.

    28. How can I find out the date till which I have to repay the loan?

    Date till which you are obliged to make payment is set forth in your copy of the Agreement for setting of credit line on payment card.

    29. What to do if I lost my card or it was stolen?

    If you lost the card (or it was stolen) inform Kreditprombank immediately by 24 hours telephone 044 4907224 and then submit a written application on this in the servicing outlet of Kreditprombank.

    30. I am going to by a TV set in a home appliances shop. Can I pay with credit card?

    Of course, you can pay with credit card also at expense of the funds provided by the bank, i.e., within the set credit limit, in any shop where international payment cards are accepted.

    31. For which amount can I issue a card?

    You can issue a card for any amount. After opening of card account you deposit funds that in the future will be used for settlements. In the case if a credit limit is set on card account, you can utilize additional funds provided by the bank. Amount available for payments is defined as an amount of deposit to card account plus the amount of credit line (if any) less the amount of precautionary balance (if any).

    32. What is the term of validity of international payment cards?

    In Kreditprombank you can process a payment card for the term up to 2 years, then the card will be reissued for the next term.

    33. Can I see the list of transactions performed on the card?

    Of course, the list of transactions on your payment card can be seen in monthly statement, at any convenient moment via “Internet-Kreditprombank” service. Last 10 transactions can be seen via ATM - “mini-statement” service.

    34. What to do if the term of validity of the card has expired but there is some money on it still?

    In such case it is necessary to contact the outlet of Kreditprombank that services you to reissue a payment card. It will be issued to the same card account, i.e., your money will be available on the new payment card.
